Tamika Tabb is a Financial Architect and the Founder of Her Crown Accounting & Business Solutions, where she helps beauty and spa professionals turn busy schedules and inconsistent income into real profit and long-term wealth. With a Bachelor’s in Accounting and over 20 years of corporate accounting and auditing experience, she brings structure, clarity, and strategy to an industry where many are working hard, but not always seeing the money reflect it.
After launching and scaling her own beauty business in 2018 while working full-time in corporate accounting, Tamika experienced firsthand what it takes to build a profitable business behind the chair. That journey revealed a major gap in financial guidance within the beauty industry, leading her to launch Her Crown Accounting in 2020.
Today, as a salon suite owner and full-time entrepreneur, Tamika blends corporate-level expertise with real-life experience to help beauty professionals get organized, pay themselves with confidence, and build businesses that support both their income goals and the lifestyle they desire.
